Vegetable casserole in French pastry

  • Vegetable soup mix from Hortex 1 package
  • Package of puff pastry 1 package
  • Goat cheese 100 g
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 2
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Line baking molds with puff pastry, prick them with a fork and pre-bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200ºC. 

Step 2

Sauté the contents of the vegetable soup mix in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the eggs with cream and combine with the vegetables

Step 3

Cut the goat cheese into slices

Step 4

Place the vegetables on the pre-baked pastry and cover with a slice of goat cheese. Return to the oven for about 6-8 minutes.
