Cauliflower soup

  • Hortex Cauliflower Soup with Dill 1 package
  • Processed cheese 100 g
  • Peppercorns 2-4
  • Bouillon cube 1 cube
  • Clove 1
  • Bay leaf 1 leaf
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Pour the contents of the package into a pot, add about 1 litre of water, a bouillon cube, cloves, bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Dissolve the processed cheese in 100 ml of hot soup and pour it into the pot with the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
