Fish Greek-style

  • Hortex Strips of Mixed Vegetables 1 package
  • Your favorite sea fish (fillets) 500 g
  • Tomato concentrate 1 can
  • Onions 2
  • Egg 1
  • Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
  • Sweet paprika 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
  • Allspice a few grains
  • Bay leaf 1 leaf
  • Hot paprika 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Wash and dry the fish fillets, season them with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Set aside. 

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté diced onions, Hortex Włoszczyzna paski, and spices. Then add tomato paste and sugar

Step 3

Cook everything covered on low heat for about 10 minutes. 

Step 4

Meanwhile, coat the fish in beaten egg and flour, and fry on both sides until golden brown. 

Step 5

Arrange the fish on a platter, cover with the vegetable mixture, and refrigerate for a few hours.
