Stir-fried Chinese noodles with beef

  • Hortex Chinese vegetable mix 1 package
  • Beef leg 300 g
  • Chinese noodles 150 g
  • Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet vinegar (can be replaced with apple vinegar or lemon juice) 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Chili pepper 1
  • Olive oil 4-5 tablespoons


Step 1

Slice the beef into thin strips and transfer to a bowl. Make a marinade with soy sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, honey, vinegar, sesame seeds, and chili. Marinate the beef in the fridge for about 2 hours. 

Step 2

After this time, heat a wok with a little olive oil, add the beef and fry briefly over high heat until browned. Then transfer the beef to a dish and set aside in a warm place. 

Step 3

Fry the Chinese mix over high heat until the water evaporates and the vegetables are still firm. Prepare the Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain them and mix them with the beef. If the noodles are too dry, add a little more soy sauce. Serve the dish sprinkled with some roasted sesame seeds.
