Spring rolls

  • Chinese mix Hortex 1 package  
  • Chicken meat 300 g
  • Rice pape 1 package


Step 1

Cut the meat in narrow strips and put into the marinade for ca. 30 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil and add the vegetables after few minutes.

Step 2

Fry for further 10 minutes afterwards cool it slightly down. Season to taste. Prepare the rice paper in accordance with the instructions on package.

Step 3

Place on each rice paper some filling and wrap it. Wrapped spring rolls dry on a paper towel, then fry till they achieve golden color.
