Spinach-stuffed eggs
Ingredients
- Hortex chopped spinach 1/2 package
- Feta cheese 100 g
- Eggs 6
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper
- Coarse ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
Boil the eggs until hard, then cool them down, peel and cut in half lengthwise, removing the yolks.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the thawed spinach and fry until all the water has evaporated. Season everything with nutmeg, salt, and pepper and set aside to cool.
Mix the spinach, crumbled egg yolks, and feta cheese together thoroughly. Use the resulting mixture to fill the egg halves. Mix the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle it over the eggs.
