Spinach spaghetti in a creamy cheese sauce

  • Hortex chopped spinach 1 package
  • Spaghetti ½ pack
  • Blue cheese 100 g
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
  • Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in olive oil. Add the chopped spinach and 100ml of water, and simmer for about 10 minutes

Step 2

Then, add the cheese, nutmeg, cream, and stir until everything is combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Step 3

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well, and serve topped with toasted sunflower seeds.
