Salad with broccoli and feta cheese

  • Broccoli florets Hortex 2 packages
  • Feta cheese 1 package
  • Salted sunflower seeds 100 g
  • Sour cream 200 g
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Red onion 1
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Pepper (preferably white) 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tzatziki seasoning 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Put broccoli in salted boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are crunchy. Then drain, rinse with cold water to prevent discoloration, and put into a bowl. 

Step 2

Next, cut the pepper and onion into strips, dice the feta, and add to the cooled broccoli. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, pepper, and minced garlic

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle the salad with previously roasted sunflower seeds on top.
