Broccoli salad with celery and nuts

  • Broccoli florets Hortex 1 package
  • Celery 4 stalks
  • Pickled pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Any nuts a handful
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Olive oil 5 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water until partially cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water to preserve the intense green color. In a large salad bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing – mix until you achieve a thick and smooth consistency. 

Step 2

Add marinated pepper, pressed garlic, thinly sliced celery, and cold broccoli to the dressing. 

Step 3

Mix and sprinkle with nuts.
