Broccoli salad with blue cheese

  • Broccoli florets Hortex 1 package
  • Green beans Hortex 1 package
  • Blue cheese 150 g
  • Shelled sunflower seeds 100 g
  • 10% sour cream 200 g
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 5
  • Spring Onions A bunch off
  • Dill A bunch off
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Boil broccoli florets in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent them from losing their color. Repeat the same with the green beans. Put the drained vegetables in a bowl. 

Step 2

Put the blue cheese in the freezer for half an hour, then grate it on a grater. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, chives, grated cheese, pepper and salt to make the sauce. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix. 

Step 3

Boil the eggs, cut them into eights and arrange them on top. Sprinkle the salad with previously toasted and cooled sunflower seeds.
