Pizza with broccoli and spinach-cream sauce
Ingredients
- Hortex Spinach in Cream Sauce 1 package
- Hortex broccoli florets 1 package
- Flour 500 g
- Milk 300 ml
- Olive oil 40 ml
- Fresh yeast 20 g
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1/2
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Chicken breast meat 200 g
- Mozzarella cheese 150 g
- Chili pepper 1
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Dough:
Slightly heat up the milk, mix it with the yeast and let it sit for 15 minutes. In a bowl, add the flour, remaining ingredients and yeast, knead the dough thoroughly. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise.
Sauce:
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil. Then add the thawed spinach and cook for a few minutes. Towards the end, add grated garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Set aside to cool.
Cut the chicken into large cubes, season it, and cook it together with the broccoli in a steamer.
Divide the risen dough into 3 parts, roll it out thinly, and spread the spinach sauce on top. Arrange the broccoli and chicken on top of the pizza. Sprinkle grated cheese and chopped chili pepper. Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 220°C.
