Mixed vegetables in herb sauce

  • Hortex flower vegetable bouquet 1 package
  • 30% cream 200 ml
  • Fresh herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, mint, parsley) 50 g
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Steam the vegetable bouquet. 

Step 2

In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, add a clove of garlic and chopped herbs. 

Step 3

Cook over low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. 

Step 4

Serve the vegetables drizzled with the herb sauce.
