Cauliflower with breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets Hortex 1 package
  • Oil
  • Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Pour the contents of the packaging into a pot and cover with cold water so that all the cauliflower florets are submerged. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Heat until boiling, then drain.

Step 2

In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil with 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt to the hot fat. Fry for about half a minute, then immediately pour over the cauliflower.
