Broccoli, pepper and chickpea goulash
Ingredients
- Hortex broccoli florets 1 package
- Canned pelati tomatoes 400 g
- Broth 200 ml
- Chickpeas 1 can
- Red bell pepper 1
- Chili pepper 1
- Onion 1
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Parsley
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil. Add peeled tomatoes, chopped peppers, broccoli florets and drained chickpeas. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finish with chopped parsley.
