Ricotta and italian vegetable tart
Ingredients
- Hortex Italian vegetable mix 1 package
- Wheat flour 200 g
- Sour cream 100 ml
- Egg yolks 2
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Ricotta cheese 250 g
- Cream 100 ml
- Eggs 2
- Fresh thyme
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Mix together flour, sour cream, 2 egg yolks, and salt to make the dough. Chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
After chilling, roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan. Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes. Remove the partially baked crust from the oven and arrange the slightly thawed vegetables on top.
Next, mix together the ricotta, cream, eggs, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Serve the tart warm.
