Vegetable soup
Ingredients
- Hortex Vegetable Soup 1 package
- 18% sour cream 4 tablespoons
- Peppercorns 2-4
- Bouillon cube 1 cube
- Clove 1
- Bay leaf 1 leaf
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Pour the contents of the package into a pot, add about 1 litre of water, a bouillon cube, clove, bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Whisk 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 100 ml of soup and add to the pot with the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
