Vegetable casserole in French pastry
Ingredients
- Vegetable soup mix from Hortex 1 package
- Package of puff pastry 1 package
- Goat cheese 100 g
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 2
- Sour cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Line baking molds with puff pastry, prick them with a fork and pre-bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200ºC.
Sauté the contents of the vegetable soup mix in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the eggs with cream and combine with the vegetables.
Cut the goat cheese into slices.
Place the vegetables on the pre-baked pastry and cover with a slice of goat cheese. Return to the oven for about 6-8 minutes.
