Strawberry mousse

  • Strawberries Hortex 2 packages
  • Orange juice 1 l
  • Water 100 ml
  • Boiling water 100 ml
  • Gelatin 4 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Put the gelatin into a bowl, pour over with water and put aside for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Afterwards pour over also the boiling water. Defrosted strawberries mix with orange juice and honey. In the end add gelatin and stir everything carefully.

Step 3

Pour the liquid into small bowls and put aside to chill so that the foam acquire a proper consistency.

Step 4

Grate the yolks with sugar to receive a fluffy mass, add mascarpone cheese and stir. Serve the strawberry mousse with mascarpone cream.
