Spinach quiche

  • Spinach leaves Hortex 1 package
  • Puff pastry (fresh or thawed)
  • Feta cheese 270 g
  • 30% cream 200 ml
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Saute the spinach in butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Allow to cool. Grease a tart tin with olive oil and line it with the pastry. Prick the pastry with a fork, spread the spinach mixture over the pastry and arrange slices of feta cheese on top. 

Step 2

Mix the eggs with the cream and pour over the tart. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200˚C. 

Step 3

Serve hot or cold.
