Mixed vegetables in herb sauce
Ingredients
- Hortex flower vegetable bouquet 1 package
- 30% cream 200 ml
- Fresh herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, mint, parsley) 50 g
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Steam the vegetable bouquet.
In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, add a clove of garlic and chopped herbs.
Cook over low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the vegetables drizzled with the herb sauce.
