Ginger soup for warmth
Ingredients
- Winter vegetable soup mix Hortex 1 package
- Ham or pork neck 300 g
- Onion 1
- Green chili pepper 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger 2-3 cm
- Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
- Lime or lemon juice 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
- Flour tablespoon
- Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the meat into thin strips, mix with soy sauce and set aside for about 30 minutes.
In heated oil, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, onion, sugar and chili pepper, then add the meat dusted with flour.
Fry for a few minutes, then pour in 3 cups of water and simmer on low heat.
When the meat is tender, add the vegetables and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon or lime juice.
Serve the ginger soup hot, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
