Fish Greek-style
Ingredients
- Hortex Strips of Mixed Vegetables 1 package
- Your favorite sea fish (fillets) 500 g
- Tomato concentrate 1 can
- Onions 2
- Egg 1
- Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons
- Sweet paprika 2 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Allspice a few grains
- Bay leaf 1 leaf
- Hot paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash and dry the fish fillets, season them with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté diced onions, Hortex Włoszczyzna paski, and spices. Then add tomato paste and sugar.
Cook everything covered on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, coat the fish in beaten egg and flour, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Arrange the fish on a platter, cover with the vegetable mixture, and refrigerate for a few hours.
