Vegetable tart

  • Hortex Vegetable Mix for Frying 1 package
  • French pastry 1 package
  • 18% sour cream 150 ml
  • Feta cheese 100 g
  • Eggs 3
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. 

Step 2

Line a tart tin with the French pastry, prick it with a fork, and bake for about 10 minutes. 

Step 3

Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables in butter, add the squeezed garlic, salt, pepper and thyme, and transfer to the partially baked pastry. 

Step 4

Thoroughly mix the sour cream with the eggs, then pour the mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and bake for another 20 minutes. 

Step 5

Serve the tart warm, garnished with fresh thyme.
