Spinach frittata

  • Hortex Vegetable Mix with Spinach 1 package
  • Feta cheese 150 g
  • 30% cream 100 ml
  • Eggs 6
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh thyme or oregano
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Sauté the vegetable mix in butter. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, seasoning from the packet, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and black sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes (using the grill function on the top level). 

Step 2

Once done, garnish with fresh herbs such as thyme or oregano. The frittata is now ready to be served.
