Vegetable and chicken casserole
Ingredients
- Hortex Vegetable Mix for Frying 1 package
- Chicken breast 1
- Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil 5 tablespoons
- Any seasoning for poultry
- Parsley or fresh thyme
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with any poultry seasoning. Set aside for half an hour.
In a heat-resistant dish, mix the vegetables and meat with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese mixed with breadcrumbs and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or fresh thyme.
