Spring salad with camembert cheese

  • Hortex broad beans 1 package
  • Camembert cheese 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Red onion 1
  • Green and black olive oils
  • Handful of arugula
  • Olive oil 4 tablespoons
  • Whole grain mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper, sugar


Step 1

Cook the broad beans in salted boiling water. Cool and peel them. Wrap the Camembert cheese in aluminum foil and put it in the oven preheated to 170˚C for 10 minutes

Step 2

Spread the arugula on a plate, then arrange the beans, onion slices and diced tomatoes on it

Step 3

Decorate with olives. Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour it over the salad

Step 4

Then sprinkle with pieces of hot cheese. Serve with crispy baguette.
