Spinach roulade
Ingredients
- Hortex Chopped Spinach 1 package
- Eggs 4
- Smoked salmon slices 250 g
- Cream cheese with horseradish 200 g
- Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Black sesame seeds
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Sauté the spinach in a pan, then add the squeezed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.
Next, mix the spinach with the egg yolks, flour, and nutmeg. Finally, add the beaten egg whites.
Pour the prepared mixture into a large rectangular baking dish lined with baking paper (the mixture should be about 1.5-2 cm high), and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 10 minutes.
Then, remove from the oven and let it cool (the baked mixture should be pliable).
Spread the cream cheese on the baked spinach, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the salmon slices on top (you can squeeze a little lemon juice over them beforehand).
Roll the whole thing into a roulade, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
Serve the roulade sliced.
