  • Hortex Oriental spice vegetables for frying 1 package
  • Chicken breast meat 250 g
  • Chinese egg noodles 150 g
  • Oil (preferably rice oil) 3 tablespoons
  • Green onions 2-3
  • Chili pepper ½
  • Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Potato starch 1 teaspoon
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh ginger approx. 1-2 cm
  • Garlic 1 clove


Step 1

Finely chop the ginger and garlic, and mix them with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to the prepared marinade. Set aside in a cool place for about 30 minutes. 

Step 2

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. 

Step 3

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the marinated meat, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and the spice mix from the package, and fry for another 7-9 minutes. Add the noodles towards the end. 

Step 4

Season to taste with soy sauce and finely chopped chili pepper. Garnish with green onion feathers.
