Mushroom soup

  • Hortex Mushroom Soup Mix 1 package
  • 18% sour cream 4 tablespoons
  • Peppercorns 2-4 corns
  • Bouillon cube 1 cube
  • Juniper berry 1 berry
  • Bay leaf 1 leaf
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Pour the contents of the package into a pot and add about 1 litre of water, a stock cube, a few grains of allspice, a bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of 18% sour cream with 100 ml of the soup. Add the mixture back into the pot and season with salt and pepper to taste.
