Mushroom soup

  • Hortex mushroom soup 1 package
  • Sour cream 4 tablespoons
  • Peppercorns 2-4 corns
  • Bouillon cube 1 cube
  • Clove 1
  • Bay leaf 1 leaf
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Bring 3 cups of water (approx. 750 ml) to a boil, add the contents of the Hortex mushroom soup package, the bouillon cube, the English peppercorn, the bay leaf, and the peppercorns, and simmer for about 12 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 100 ml of soup and add it to the pot of soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
