French plum cookies

  • Hortex seedless plums 1 package
  • Fresh or frozen puff pastry
  • Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes 1 tablespoon each of
  • Icing sugar for dusting


Step 1

Lightly thaw the plums. Coat them in the nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes mixed with the breadcrumbs. 

Step 2

Cut the pastry into 4×4 cm squares, place 2-3 halves of plums on each square, and fold it into an envelope. 

Step 3

Bake until golden brown in an oven preheated to 190-200˚C for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 4

Dust with icing sugar.
