Vegetable frittata

Ingredients

  • Hortex vegetables for frying with dill 1 package
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Eggs 4
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Spicy tomato sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat up the olive oil on a frying pan, add the vegetables and fry them for about 5 minutes. 

Step 2

Beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and grated parmesan. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the egg mixture sets. After that, transfer the frittata onto a plate upside down and cut it into triangles. 

Step 3

Serve it with green salad or spicy tomato sauce.
