Thai-style wok vegetables

  • Hortex broccoli florets 1 package
  • Hortex mini carrots 1 package
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Yellow bell pepper 1
  • Chili pepper
  • Shallots 2-3
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan until hot, then add quartered shallots and chili and fry for a moment until the shallots are lightly browned

Step 2

After a while, add the diced red and yellow bell peppers and fry for another moment. 

Step 3

Then add lightly thawed broccoli florets and mini carrots and fry until the vegetables are cooked to the desired tenderness. Finally, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix everything together. Transfer the dish to bowls and serve.
