Spanish soup with chorizo
Ingredients
- Spanish vegetable skillet mix by Hortex 1 package
- Diced tomatoes 300 g
- Chorizo sausage 250 g
- Onion 2
- Natural yoghurt for serving 4 tablespoons
- A handful of chopped parsley
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a pot with a thick bottom, sauté the onion cut into strips in olive oil.
Add sliced chorizo sausage and chopped garlic and fry.
After a few minutes, add the spice packet, sugar, Spanish vegetable skillet mix, canned tomatoes, and 400ml of water.
Cook covered for about 20 minutes. Finally, add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the soup with a dollop of natural yoghurt.
