Spanish soup with chorizo

  • Spanish vegetable skillet mix by Hortex 1 package
  • Diced tomatoes 300 g
  • Chorizo sausage 250 g
  • Onion 2
  • Natural yoghurt for serving 4 tablespoons
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1

In a pot with a thick bottom, sauté the onion cut into strips in olive oil. 

Step 2

Add sliced chorizo sausage and chopped garlic and fry. 

Step 3

After a few minutes, add the spice packet, sugar, Spanish vegetable skillet mix, canned tomatoes, and 400ml of water. 

Step 4

Cook covered for about 20 minutes. Finally, add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the soup with a dollop of natural yoghurt.
