Mushroom soup
Ingredients
- Hortex Mushroom Soup Mix 1 package
- 18% sour cream 4 tablespoons
- Peppercorns 2-4 corns
- Bouillon cube 1 cube
- Juniper berry 1 berry
- Bay leaf 1 leaf
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Pour the contents of the package into a pot and add about 1 litre of water, a stock cube, a few grains of allspice, a bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cook for about 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of 18% sour cream with 100 ml of the soup. Add the mixture back into the pot and season with salt and pepper to taste.
