Green beans soup

  • Green asparagus beans from HORTEX 1 package
  • Vegetable broth 1 l
  • Smoked ham 100 g
  • Potatoes 5
  • Carrots 2
  • Onion 1
  • Leek 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
  • Cloves 2
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Chop the onions, garlic, and leek and sauté them in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the bay leaf, cloves, sliced carrots, and green asparagus beans. Cook for a few minutes, then add the diced potatoes.

Step 2

Pour in the vegetable broth and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3

In a separate pan, fry the diced ham until golden brown and then add it to the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Serve with croutons.
