Bruschetta with green beens and dried tomatoes

  • Cut green beens HORTEX 1 package
  • Dried tomatoes in olive oil ½ jar
  • Basil
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons


Step 1

Cook the cut green beans in salted boiling water, drain off and cool down.

Step 2

Cut tomatoes into thin strips.

Step 3

Stir the cooked beans with tomatoes, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil from the tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

Step 4

Then place them on toast. Season and garnish with basil and chopped garlic.
