Fried beetroots
Ingredients
- Beetroot puree by Hortex 1 package
- Lemon 1
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Thaw the beetroots. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the beetroots and fry for 8 minutes. Slightly acidify with the juice of one lemon (1 teaspoon), season to taste with salt and pepper.
