Chocolate mousse with cherries

  • Pitted cherries HORTEX 1 package
  • Vodka (for adults) 100 ml
  • Cold heavy cream 30% 350 g
  • Dark chocolate 200 g
  • Sugar 30 g
  • Eggs 3


Step 1

Thaw the pitted cherries and soak them in alcohol. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally and being careful not to let the water boil (the bowl should not touch the water). 

Step 2

Next, beat the cream until stiff peaks form and set it aside to warm up slightly. Mix the beaten egg whites with a little sugar and the melted chocolate, then add the whipped cream and gently mix everything together.

Step 3

Put the alcohol-soaked cherries in the bottom of 5-6 small jars, pour the chocolate mousse over them and chill in the freezer for at least an hour.
