Baked gnocchi with vegetables and mozzarella

  • Hortex Italian Mix 1 package
  • Gnocchi 1 package
  • Can of tomatoes 1 can
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 ball
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Pesto 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  • Dried basil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper


Step 1

Add the chopped garlic and vegetables to the heated olive oil. Sauté for a few minutes. Then, add the tomatoes and spices. Simmer until the sauce thickens. 

Step 2

Place the gnocchi in boiling, salted water. Cook until they float to the surface, then drain. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. 

Step 3

Add pesto to the vegetables, mix with the gnocchi and transfer to the baking dish. Place the sliced mozzarella on top. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190-200°C.
