Pork loin rolls with yellow beans
Ingredients
- Yellow asparagus beans from Hortex 1 package
- Boneless pork loin chops 8 chops
- Aged ham 8 slices
- Yellow cheese 8 slices
- Cooking oil 100 ml
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Boil the asparagus beans in salted water until tender.
Place the pork loin chops on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and flatten them into thin slices using a meat mallet.
Season each piece of meat with salt and pepper. On each slice of pork, place a slice of butter, ham, cheese, and 6-7 asparagus beans.
Roll up the pork tightly and briefly sear the rolls in hot oil on all sides.
Transfer the pork rolls to a buttered baking dish, cover with a lid, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Uncover the dish for the last 15 minutes of cooking to allow the pork rolls to brown nicely.
Serve the cooked pork rolls with your favourite sautéed vegetables. Enjoy!
