Mexican style chicken
Ingredients
- Mexican mix HORTEX 2 packages
- Whole chicken 1
- Lime 1
- Your favorite rice 100 g
- Cooking oil
- Sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
- Chili 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Divide the chicken into portions: wings, thighs, drumsticks, and breasts. Place them in a bowl, add the spices and lime sliced into pieces. Set aside to marinate for an hour.
After this time, brown the chicken on both sides in hot oil, then transfer to a pot and cook covered for about 20 minutes.
Add two packages of Mexican mix and cook until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice cooked according to the instructions on the package.
