French plum cookies
Ingredients
- Hortex seedless plums 1 package
- Fresh or frozen puff pastry
- Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes 1 tablespoon each of
- Icing sugar for dusting
Preparation
Lightly thaw the plums. Coat them in the nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes mixed with the breadcrumbs.
Cut the pastry into 4×4 cm squares, place 2-3 halves of plums on each square, and fold it into an envelope.
Bake until golden brown in an oven preheated to 190-200˚C for 15-20 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar.
