Ingredients
- Cucumber soup mix by Hortex 1 package
- 18% sour cream 4 tablespoons
- Peppercorns 2-4
- Bouillon cube 1 cube
- Allspice berry 1
- Bay leaf 1 leaf
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the contents of the package into a pot, add about 1 litre of water, a bouillon cube, allspice, bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
At the end, mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 100ml of soup, and add the mixture to the pot of soup. Season with salt and pepper.
